RPAs: Prescribing Controlled Substances for Outpatients

Recent amendments to Title 10 NYCRR Parts 80 and 94 reflect changes in prescribing authority for Registered Physician Assistants (RPAs) in New York State. The article addresses the categories of drugs and devices now allowed to be prescribed by RPAs as well as specific prescription requirements.

Continuing Education: Controlled Substances
